These Terms and Conditions will feature the terms “company”, “we”, “us” and “our”. These all refer to Ivy & Bell Ltd (Registered In England and Wales under No.13938944) whose registered office is at Beech Tree Cottage, St Martins Avenue, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5HS.

Products
We try our best to ensure the accuracy of the product descriptions on the Ivy & Bell website and in all of our marketing materials. If our website and/or marketing materials do not describe our products accurately at the point an order is placed, we will correct this as quickly as possible. We will also offer our customers the option of confirming their purchase or cancelling their order.
While we try to ensure that our imagery accurately reflects our products, colour variation can occur from computer screen to computer screen (and as a result of lighting).
It is also worth noting that some of our products are handmade and are, therefore, subject to variation.
Delivery
Delivery charges will vary depending on the service you choose, the size and the weight of your order. These charges are subject to change. If there is a change in the delivery charge, we will contact you to confirm that you are happy to proceed with your order.
When you complete your order, please check that you have entered the correct delivery address details. Any errors will result in additional delivery charges.
Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within seven working days of the receipt of the parcel.
Ivy & Bell’s delivery charges apply to Mainland UK only. Different prices will be charged for deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Sicily, Northern Ireland, Dublin, Highlands and Islands.
All prices quoted and charged are in sterling (GBP) and include the 20% UK VAT (Value Added Tax). If the delivery destination is the Channel Islands, the VAT will automatically be changed to 0 and you will not pay for the UK VAT.
Pre-order items or orders awaiting a restock will be dispatched as soon as we receive stock.
Ownership & Product Care
Risk of goods (responsibility of goods) is transferred at the point of delivery. Ownership of goods is transferred once the goods have been paid in full and delivery has taken place.
Where necessary, we will include product care instructions within the product descriptions on our website. We cannot be held responsible for any goods that have been damaged as a result of not following those instructions and will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
Payment & Pricing
You will be charged for the whole value of your order as soon as you place it and not after you have received the goods. This also applies for pre-order products.
We cannot offer price adjustment on products originally purchased prior to them going on sale. Once a product has been purchased in a sale, no price adjustment will be accepted in the event that that product’s price is further reduced.
Returns, Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We hope that you love all your Ivy & Bell orders. If you need to return any products, you have 14 days in which to do so and, unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of the return. Please obtain a proof of purchase for your return.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging. Please ensure you repack the goods carefully as we cannot be held responsible for any goods that become damaged on their return journey.
We will inspect the returned item and notify you of your refund or replacement via email. We endeavour to process returns as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for this process, particularly during busy periods.
Please return all items to Ivy & Bell, Beech Tree Cottage, St Martins Avenue, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5HS.

“Force Majeure” means an overpowering force itself, which prevents the fulfillment of a contract. If Ivy & Bell is affected by Force Majeure, it will promptly notify the other party of the nature and extent of this situation, will not be liable to the customer and will not be deemed as in breach of these conditions.
