Delivery
We aim to have in stock items delivered to UK addresses within 7 working days of receiving your order. Some items may take slightly longer, particularly if they are out of stock and on pre-order. If a product is a pre-order, this will be made clear on our website.
We will endeavour to keep you updated on delivery dates. If you would like an update on your order, please feel free to get in touch via cs@ivyandbell.com
It is important to note that we are reliant on manufacturers and suppliers. As a result, we cannot always guarantee delivery dates. However, please be assured that we will dispatch your items as soon as possible.
Ivy & Bell is an environmentally conscious business. To minimize our carbon footprint - and unless you have specified to the contrary - we may dispatch all items together once your complete order is in stock.
UK Standard delivery (2–4 days) £5.95 for orders to Mainland UK
Free Local Delivery - within 5 miles of Epsom, Surrey and for orders over £10.00
Extra charges apply to outside of mainland deliveries according to weight, size and fragility.
If this applies, a quote will be provided for you to confirm.
Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday using either DPD, DHL, Royal Mail, Parcelforce or APC (excluding bank or public holidays)
Please allow an additional one to two delivery days for remote UK postcodes.
If you refuse delivery and the goods do not get returned to us you will forfeit your refund.
Import Duties and Customs:
When ordering to a country outside of the UK, your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
